Return Policy

We’re always here for customers. If something goes wrong way, our trusted customer service team is happy to help you!.
If an item is missing or damaged,  you may visit our Online Service Center to request a refund or replacement item within 20 days of your purchase.
All returns can ONLY be processed by evgreenlife.com and we may send you a return label. If you received damage product, you should notify us within 20 days.  We will send you paid return label and replace the product.
If you changed your mind and want to return unopened and unused product, you may return it within 20 days and shipping charge will be born by you.

The refund or credit will be provided for the purchase price of the product.
Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Credits or exchanges will not be granted after 30 days and/or without proof of purchase. 

If you want to cancel an order we will do our best to make the cancellation prior to shipment. We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped.
